Lourdes: Embracing True Self at Sixty
Lourdes, a vibrant soul who has recently stepped into the freedom of retirement, became one of the most compelling muses for my campaign. Over 60 and more radiant than ever, Lourdes’ story is not just about embracing aging; it’s about redefining beauty standards for women of all ages.
From the moment Lourdes arrived for her shoot, her energy was palpable. Like many, she had her reservations about being photographed without the usual preparations of hair styling and makeup. However, what unfolded was nothing short of transformative.

As the camera started to capture Lourdes in her natural state, something beautiful happened. With each click, the societal layers of “shoulds” and “must-haves” fell away, revealing a woman who is fiercely herself.
